Let’s Meet

Let’s meet in person to get to know one another and your situation.  I’ll listen to your needs and understand what’s important to you in a home.  I have a knack for matching buyers with homes that suit their needs.

Pre-Approval

I’ll provide you with several lenders that I have used throughout my career so we can get you pre-approved for a loan and in a price range you’re comfortable with.  This is a crucial part of the buying process and essential before you write an offer.  Fair warning, it’s not fun and the lenders require a lot of paperwork, but get it done.

Listing Alerts

I’ll send you notifications of properties that meet your criteria to see what you like and what you’d like to see in person.  You’ll also be able to track when these properties sell, the number of days on market, and how much they sell for.  All good data points.

Off Market Information

I network with many agents for upcoming listings and off market (off the MLS) properties for sale.  I’ve always said, it’s not only what you know but who you know in this area.  Relationships matter and that goes for agents with listings!

View Homes

Once you’re ready to see properties, I will schedule viewings.  During our showings, I’ll review the pros and cons of the property, the neighborhood, recent comparable sales, disclosure information, and answer all your questions.  Seeing a home with me will be an “eye-opening” experience.

Ready to write an offer?

I’ll review the process, what to expect, what you’ll need to provide me, comps, and how I negotiate the best price for the home.  I’ll be an advocate for you and will write a compelling, competitive offer, personally presented to the listing agent on your behalf.

You got the house!

What happens now that you are in escrow?  The deposit, escrow, contingencies, appraisal (if there is a loan), further inspections, utility transfer, funding your loan, sign off, walk through, and recording (closing on your new home) will be detailed in a timeline for you to follow.
